Veterinarian

  • Joseph B. Barker


    Dr. Barker is an owner and a 1994 graduate of Colorado State University.  He has been with the Clinic for 17 years and treats all species, which makes him a well-rounded and much respected veterinarian.  His devotion to the clinic, clients and his family is admirable.  He shares his love of veterinary medicine with the youth of our community through the 4-H veterinary science program.
  • Robert C. Barr


    Dr. Robert Barr is a 1975 graduate of Colorado State University and brings 36 years of experience in both large and small animals to this practice.  On January 1, 2010, Bob semi-retired after many much-appreciated years of service to the clinic and community.  At this time, he sees clients on Wednesdays at the clinic.  He is very busy pursuing his love of farming and ranching and enjoying more time with family.
  • Matthew R. Braunschmidt


    Dr. Braunschmidt is a 2003 graduate of Iowa State University.  He has practiced at Mesa Vet Clinic for 8 years and has veterinary expertise of all species but is our go-to guy for swine.  Clients love his quiet demeanor and gentle approach.  We value his sincere devotion to this practice.  Matt and his wife have a little boy and we enjoy watching him grow and becoming such a treasure to us all.
  • Tiffany J. Barr


    Dr. Tiffany Barr is a 2008 graduate of Colorado State University and has been at Mesa Vet Clinic since.   She accepts all species for patients and is certified in acupuncture, as a complimentary medical option, with several patients currently under treatment.  She is a new owner to this practice and is devoted to the success of the clinic.  Tiffany enjoys boating, camping, snowboarding and friends.

  • Gina Parsons


    Dr. Gina Parsons is a 2010 Colorado State University graduate and joined our practice on September 7, 2010.  After a year with our Clinic and working along side our other doctors, Gina is developing a clientele of her own.  She also does acupuncture along with Dr. Tiffany Barr.  Gina accepts small and large patients.  When she is not working, you can find her outdoors enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
  • Brianna Harris


    Dr. Brianna Harris is a 2009  graduate of Cornell University.  She then went through an equine surgical/medical internship at Pilchuck Large Animal Hospital in Snohomish, Washington for a year.  Brianna joined our practice in February of 2011.  She has become a valuable asset to our  team.  Brianna is well rounded and enjoys painting, running, hiking, biking, and all of our Colorado outdoor activities.
  • Fernando L. Notario


    Dr. Notario is a 2006 graduate from National University of Asuncion, Paraguay.  He has been in the United State since November 2007 and is now licensed in the United States.  He is working under the supervision of our doctors.  He is fluent in Spanish and bridges the communication gap.  Fernando and his wife are learning about the American culture while sharing their love of Paraguay with all of us.
